Chicken in a pot
Portia is a four person.

Ingredients:

4 pcs. chicken thighs;

4 pcs. potatoes;

1 pc. carrots;

2 pcs. tomatoes;

1 pc. Bulgarian pepper;

1 clove of garlic;

4 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;

2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable seasoning, salt and pepper to taste.

Cooking: Vegetables (potatoes, carrots), cut into large strips and lightly fry – until half – in oil and laid the first layer into the pot, evenly. Leave for the remaining portion. Sprinkle seasoning and add salt as needed. Chicken thighs also fry on both sides until golden brown in vegetable oil. We spread them over the vegetables in the pot. Next thread – tomatoes, cut them dolechkami and sweet pepper – large strips. These vegetables are evenly distributed over the chicken in the pot. At least sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper to taste. In each pot pour half a cup of water, cover with foil and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for thirty minutes so.
