Potatoes with herring in Finnish
What is needed for the recipe: – New potatoes – 700 grams – Eggs – two pieces – Fresh herring – 250 grams – large onion – one piece – Vegetable oil – 50 grams – Milk, any fat – 1/8 liter; – Flour – one tablespoon – Grease.
Preparation: – Potatoes should be cleaned, then cut into small slices. Bottom of a deep pan or pans (depending on whether what you cook) must be thoroughly lubricate oil.
