Canape with red fish "snowflakes" – a recipe with photos
To prepare the canapes with salmon, "snowflakes", we need the following ingredients:
Loaf of bread or toast, cheese 100 g (preferably soft), red fish – salted or smoked 100 g smoked cheese "Sausage" – 50 g garlic -1 clove, black pepper, mayonnaise to taste.

At first, we cut thin slices of white bread. Then with the help of bread molds cut snowflakes.
Prepare the filling: cheese triturated with grated cheese on a small grater, add the chopped garlic and finely chopped fish (you can grind it with the blender), all thoroughly mixed, pepper and add a little mayonnaise. Take one piece of bread, put a little stuffing, distribute it all over the surface, cover the top of another piece.
Draw mayonnaise snowflake pattern, cool and serve.
