Tomatoes stuffed with chicken and pineapple
To prepare the tomato stuffed with chicken and pineapple "Shaherizada", we need the following ingredients:

Ingredients: 1 chicken leg quarters, or 3 (700-900 g), 200-250 grams of canned corn, 170-250 grams of canned pineapple, large tomatoes, mayonnaise.

 

Recipe for tomato stuffed with chicken and pineapple "Shaherizada"

 

Preparation: Cook the chicken, separate the meat from the bones and chop the chicken into small cubes.

Pineapple cut into cubes of the same size and mix with chicken and corn.

Season the stuffing with mayonnaise.

With each tomato (better to take large) cut the bonnet and remove the core.

Start stuffing tomatoes and place on a platter lined with lettuce leaves.

Garnish with tomatoes "Shaherizada" greens and serve.
